Visually inspect the physical condition of the DPF – look for signs of damage to the substrate, cracks, and other signs of compromise.

Record/review important data on the filter to be cleaned using Filtertrak™, our purpose-built DPF Service Tracking app.

Using the Filtertherm Inspection Table weigh the filter and record the reading for comparison to post-cleaning.

Wire test the filter to check for hardened ash & also check for cracks using the table’s built-in light.
